Born and raised in the small town next to Harney & Son's tea factory, Chef William was always in awe of the exquisite aromas from the incredibly diverse blends of tea. After a creative Mother's Day brunch, the infusion of Mom's favorite strawberries and her favorite Paris tea quickly became a daily request.

Blueberry Earl Grey Tea Jam is a luxurious fusion of juicy blueberries and the sophisticated blend of our Earl Grey Supreme tea.

Orange Cinnamon Spice Tea Jam is a captivating spread that combines the bright, refreshing flavor of oranges with our Hot Cinnamon Spice tea.

Strawberry Paris Tea Jam is a delightful spread that combines the luscious sweetness of strawberries with the fragrant essence of our Paris tea.

John Harney sourced his Scottish shortbread from a local Scottish baker in the early years of Harney & Sons. As a nod to their heritage, John’s grandson, Emeric, has partnered with this same baker’s granddaughter to bring you these delightful handcrafted shortbreads. We honor John with this innovative fusion of the very shortbread that he himself preferred with his own cup of tea.

Each shortbread is 155 calories per shortbread and 4 shortbreads per box. Total net weight is 3.25 oz. Shortbreads contain milk, wheat, and are processed in a peanut-free facility.

Based in Los Angeles, Getty pursues its work with partners worldwide while sharing art, knowledge, and resources with the public online and in person at the Getty Center and the Getty Villa. Inspired by the serene gardens of the Getty sites, this delicate blend of Japanese green tea, rose petals, chamomile, and bergamot evokes artful tranquility in every sip.

This tea comes from the Wazuka Valley in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, and is made by Mr. Wataru. He is a promising young farmer in Wazuka, located on the opposite ridge from where Matsuda, another of our favorite Japanese tea growers, produces tea. Wataru-san is a college graduate that applies novel approaches to making tea, blending Japanese tradition with modern methods. This Guricha is made from the short-period shaded Saemidori cultivar, which has a strong umami. To preserve this feature, he’s opted to omit the last step in traditional sencha making, rolling, which can increase the body of the tea but reduce its umami. The recommendation from Mr. Wataru is to enjoy two steepings. The first is refreshing with vegetal notes, whereas the second will become much more bold.

Guricha (steamed curly tea) is a kind of Japanese green tea found mainly in Kyushu, the southern island of Japan. Guricha follows a lot of the same processing that Sencha does, except for the last rolling, which is how most Senchas acquire their needle-like shape. This last rolling’s purpose is to damage the structure of the tea leaf, so without this process, Guricha has a lighter taste to it than standard Senchas.
